If you could time travel, would you go forward or backward in time? Why? Backward, I don't like the direction the world is going in.
If you could be anyone for one day, who would you choose? A cartoon character because they can do anything they want, cause all types of havoc and the next week everything is back to normal. Perhaps Mordecai or Stewie Griffin.
If you were another person, would you be your friend? Yes, but would the new me be the old me's friend? Hmmm...
Where is the farthest you have been from home? China.
What do you do most often when you are bored? Look at my walls and plot to take over the world...errr, think about color changes.
What is on your mouse pad? Starcraft, some game I know nothing about but liked the colors and patterns on the mouse pad. Plus, it's big.
What is your current desktop wallpaper? Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare.
What is your favorite country besides the one you live in? Canada and England (can't pick one over the other).
Do you untie your shoelaces when you take off your shoes? I rarely wear shoes with laces, but if I am then no, I don't.
Who is the last person you talked to on the phone? Costco customer service.
Do you like your handwriting? I like it okay, but other people rave about it.

Do you use sarcasm a lot? Whenever necessary, which can be a lot.

Do you have any tattoos? No, though Randy & I have talked about having wedding rings tattooed on since we can rarely wear our rings. He can't wear his because of work and I can't wear mine most of the time because my fingers are either swollen or have shrunk.

What color are your hair and eyes? Amber/red, and amber/light brown. They are pretty much the same color, except my hair has a patch of white in front.

Were you named after anyone? No, though my middle name is from my aunt.
Where did you get your SP username from? Two of my SILs call me Cher sometimes. One because she likes nicknames and one because she says I have Cher hair.
What do you do? I'm a Domestic Goddess.    I have a degree in Psychology but never got a PhD so I did rape crisis counseling as a volunteer. I worked as a legal assistant for almost 9 years, then quit to take care of my niece. When she got too old for that, Randy and I started mowing lawns and doing a few odd jobs on his days off. We have a big garden and I spend the time we aren't mowing taking care of the garden and preserving some of the harvest.
What is your family dynamic? Me, Randy, and some critters.
Do you have any pets? Two dogs and nine chickens. The dogs are Gypsy the Weimaraner and Tai the Viszla. The chickens are Old Sophia, Ruby (my favorite), Penny, Daisy, Hazel, New Sophia, Dorothy, Blanche, and Rose.

Lately, I've made a point to watch Forever, because I really liked Ioan Gruffudd from another series I saw him in years ago. It's kind of cheesy and fun to watch. And it's Downton Abbey season now, so my parents and I watch that together every Sunday night

I'm surprise more people here haven't. I know it was pretty routine for awhile anyway. In my immediate family, only my mom and my little nephew have had theirs out. When I was in grade school (late '40s - that's 1940's ) tonsillectomies were almost a rite of passage - many more done than should have been. Fortunately for me, our family doc (and they made house calls then) took a very conservative approach to everything. Tonsils, BTW, are not useless; they're one of the body's defenses against infection. If they're inflamed, that means that they're doing their job.

Whoa, I can't believe it has been out for that long and I never heard of it. I truly went into Micro Center to get a mouse pad and saw some gaming pads and thought the StarCraft colors were pretty. I've had this mouse pad for a while, you would think I would have looked into the game by now.
